Art in Hedgehog Class
In art, the children in Hedgehog class have been learning about artists Alice Kettle and Hannah Rae, who combine paint and sewing, art and craft, to make work.
On Comic Relief day, the class started by creating an underpainting of a landscape on calico cloth.
This week, they continued their work by adding sewing to make marks over the painted backgrounds.
They are so proud of their finished art work, and so are we! Well done Hedgehogs you have done a brilliant job.
