Welcome to our ‘new look’ website. We have worked hard with Mr O’Malley from Thomas Keble ICT department to develop this and are proud of our hard work. I hope you find everything you are looking for and more. If you have any feedback regarding look, functionality and content then please let us know.
This term Owl class are taking part in Gymnastics sessions run by Mr Price at Thomas Keble School. The children (and Mrs Monk) thoroughly enjoyed their first session last week!
Owl class have taken part in a Lego coding workshop where the children designed and programmed robots. The children had to work on our core values of resilience and collaboration as well as DT, Computing and Maths. They thoroughly enjoyed the day and are looking forward to a KNEX challenge later this term.
Thursday 4th October brings our first Pre-School Stay and Play session. Roll up, roll up for a fun filled circus themed afternoon. If you are considering Eastcombe Primary School for admission in September 2019 then you are very welcome to join us between 1.30-2.30pm – no appointments required. We look forward to welcoming you.
Well done Eastcombe Primary School, you ran a great distance of 81.6 miles on your first Monthly Mile race!! I wonder what distance October will bring? Thank you Mr King for organising.
Following our WW2 Poetry writing we held a Poetry CafĂ©. We read aloud our poetry to the rest of the class and developed our speaking and listening skills. This linked with our value of ‘Respect’. Please click to see pictures
A HUGE well done to our cross country running team who participated in a schools tournament last week. Children ran in races depending on their year group and were up against approximately 50 other children each race!
