Congratulations to our Year 6 boys for coming third in the small schools football tournament!! The tournament was held at inside football, where the team competed against 15 other small schools from the local area. Thank you to the parents who took the children and supported them on the sidelines.

Owl Class visited the Saatchi Gallery in London to see the Tutankhamun exhibition. It was an amazing experience! The children loved looking at the artefacts from Tutankhamun’s tomb, it was hard to believe that these beautiful objects are more than 3000 years old!!
Owl Class had lots of fun during our Egyptian Day. We dressed up as mummies or pharaohs and took part in lots of activities including; baking ma’mouls, constructing pyramids, drawing tomb paintings and playing Egyptian board games.

Owl Class enjoyed a fantastic day out at Cotswold Wildlife Park. As well as exploring the park and meeting lots of animals, we learnt all about the lifecycles of penguins, meerkats, wallabies and frogs.
Owl class enjoyed a fantastic PE session at Thomas Keble school. They took part in rounders, football or rugby sessions run by the Thomas Keble Year 11 students.
Owl class enjoyed their second archery session today. They took part in team challenges, shooting for gold and ended the session with a knock out tournament. The children are improving their accuracy and enjoying their sessions very much.
